1. Kick-off Call
Before signing any dotted lines or paying any deposits, we’ll hop on a quick 30-minute call so I can get to know your brand, goals, and where I can bring the most value. By the end of the call, we’ll have a rough verbal plan on scope, deliverables, timeframe, and budget.

Using insights from our call, I’ll put together a tailored project proposal—usually with a Bronze, Silver, Gold option. Each one outlines what’s included, a timeline, and pricing so you can choose what works best for you.

Once you’ve picked your preferred option, I’ll send over the questionnaire and a 50% deposit invoice. As soon as both are in, your spot is officially booked, and we’re ready to roll!

After you’ve approved the final deliverables, I’ll send the final invoice. Once that’s taken care of, you’ll receive all the files neatly packaged in an easy-to-use folder. From there, it’s go-time—launch your brand with confidence!

Now that the groundwork is laid, it's time to bring your brand vision to life through a creative and collaborative design process. Here's how we’ll move from idea to execution:

Using your brief and completed questionnaire, I dig deep into your market, audience, and competitors. This step is all about finding insights and angles that could shape the creative direction in unexpected ways.

2. Design Direction
Using my research, I will create at least two design directions (aka: moodboards), that will effectively answer your brief. These will typically cover example logo designs, colour palettes, typography, etc. in a clear cohesive style. I will present these to you and share the deck afterwards to support the feedback process.

After confirming which design direction you’d like to pursue, I begin by creating tens if not hundreds of initial logo ideas. The goal here is to generate as many ideas as possible to then go back through and refine any diamonds in the rough.

Next, I will refine and develop a few sketches from my intial ideas stage. It’s at this point, I have decided on the best solution for your brief and I will build this direction out further - introducing colour, typography, patterns, etc.

Now the design work is complete, I will create a wholly comprehensive presentation detailing each of my design decisions and the reasons behind them. Towards the end of this presentation, I will show you industry specific mock ups so you can really imagine how this work will look in your world.

Once the design is finalized, I’ll prepare all the deliverables you need to bring your brand to life. This includes your primary and secondary logos, brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and any other necessary assets. You’ll receive industry-standard files (PNG, SVG, PDF, etc.), and I’ll provide guidance on how to use them for consistency across your brand’s touchpoints.
